Silicon Valley pioneers (Microsoft, Apple, Google,META,& X) are manipulating global human behavior by releasing upgraded versions of their advanced technologies-an approach described as tech-based psychological neocolonialism.The integration of globalization, the widespread availability of information technology and the structure of international business have all played a vital role in facilitating this form of neocolonial control. Therefore, studying and delving into their territorial- based colonial literature in the age of data colonialism is nothing but a waste of time. However, there is no denying the walfare brought by advanced technologies in every sphere of life. We must research on data colonialism, not territorial literature- based colonialism, keeping pace with the advanced world; otherwise, we always have to function their prescribed neocolonial structure. Furthermore, valiance must be indispensable to inquire into the neocolonial strategies imposed upon global bodies. In conclusion, research should aim for  collective welfare, not merely academic or professional excellence.
