Abstract:
The study intends to find out the hindrances to the adaptation of E-learning supported software during Covid-19 from our country's perspective. The lack of training in IT for both teachers and students at the university level, the apathy of accepting new methods and system, the reluctance of accepting changes and challenges, the backward mentality, and the lack of being updated are the main reasons not to be adapted with online supported applications during the pandemic in our country's context. Furthermore, the research has been conducted based on observation, which is part of the research methodology. In addition, those reasons responsible for adapting to online based supported applications, have been figured out through conducting the research. Also, the solutions of those issues have been pointed out through conducting the research.

Introduction:
My research topic deals with the hindrances of adapting to E-Learning supportive software during Covid -19. During the pandemic, Covid-19,it was indispensable to know the usage of software for continuing online system based education for both teachers and students at the university level. Otherwise, activating the educational system at the university level was impossible. And so, becoming acquainted with the newly online based educational software was crucial at that time. Namely, Google Classroom, Google Meet, Zoom, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and MS Applications play a vital role in the activation of the E-Learning system. Hence, to become accustomed to the newly challenging educational system, we had to be efficient in the use of these kinds of software, despite having to face many difficulties coping with them at first. However, with time, the process became easier for us, and we became accustomed to using that software. How important those programs are goes without saying, as a matter of fact. But why we were lagged behind with these kinds of online educationally supported software is the main fact with which my research topic deals.
Objective of My research
My main purpose behind conducting the research is how to accept the challenges of an online based educational system. Especially, how to be accustomed to using the newly E-learning supportive based educational software was the demand of time at that time. For both teachers and students of university level, the acclimatization to these several pieces of software was challenging at the outset. There are many reasons behind it,such as the unavailability of these application software, the lack of training, the lack of efficiency, and the lack of knowledge on these sorts of supportive online based educational software, which is why accepting the challenge for both teachers and students at the higher education level was very difficult. However, the limitations are the impediment behind the adaptation with E-Learning supportive software during Covid-19 which is my main purpose to find out through this research.
Why are we lagging behind in using higher supported, advanced technology?
Why are we unacquainted with these kinds of online educational supportive application software?
Literature Review
The journal talks about the necessity of E-learning supported software for the continuation of E-learning during the pandemic, time, and how students and teachers at the university level had coped with those kinds of software. The process of using Google Classroom, Google Meet, Zoom, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and so on for online based educational applications was unknown to both teachers and students of both private and public universities at that time. Which kinds of complexities both teachers and students had to face at that time have been pointed out all over the article. How difficult those software features were at their use time has been pointed out throughout the article. What kinds of difficulties they had to face while joining the class on time and submitting their assignment on time have been noted throughout the article. The journal also talks about how teachers and students had to get accustomed to those kinds of online based educational software, as a matter of fact. But in the article, there are many important issues have never been discussed. For which reasons, to adapt with E-Learning supportive software during pandemic Covid-19 was difficult; that is an open question as a matter of fact. At that time, those kinds of software were unavailable or inaccessible in our higher educational system. Why are we lagging behind? Why don't we know how to use them effectively? Why we are unwilling to be updated? A many questions revolve around my mind. We are get used to using conventional tools and methods in our higher educational system. We aren’t get accustomed to using updated tools, techniques and methods in our higher educational system. We can’t easily accept any progressive change in our sense, thoughts which is why we are always lag behind. We have apathy towards learning new things and knowing new things. Also, we have a great fright to accept creativity and change. During Covid-19, we had to be docile to accept the new educational system. To cope with the new online based educational system, the causes of the backwardness of our higher educational system were caught sight of. Through the research, I am conducting with those sorts of reasons behind our higher educational system’s backwardness. The lack of progressive mentality, the lack of learning new things,the inefficiency in the technological field, the lack of being updated with the progressive force of the world are the main barriers.

Hypothesis:
Based on the literature review, I predicted that there might have been some barriers to adapt with E-learning supported software for both teachers and students at the university level during Covid-19 pandemic. While conducting the research, there are many reasons I have figured out. The lack of IT based training for both teachers and students at the university level, the lack of updated, the apathy or reluctance towards accepting newness/changes in the higher educational system, and and the eagerness towards conventional methods of teaching and learning are the main reasons to adapt with the newly online based educational supportive software. My prediction has been come true through my research.
Research Methodology:
My research has been conducted through my observational process. At the time of Covid-19, my university journey started. At that time, it was very difficult to cope with the newly developed educational system in our country’s context. I had to cope with these kinds of educationally supported software and many technical difficulties I had to face. I meticulously observed at the time of doing classes, at the time of submitting assignments, at the time of teachers inefficiency in conducting classes, at the time of my classmates and my inefficiency. These kinds of inefficiencies have compelled me to think about this issue and, for which reasons, we were lagged behind to adapt with those kinds of online based supported software. This impulse has compelled me to conduct the research. Conducting the research on this issue, I have figured out these: he lack of IT based training for both teachers and students at the university level; the lack of updates; the apathy or reluctance towards accepting newness/changes in the higher educational system, the eagerness towards conventional methods of teaching and learning.

In our higher educational system, these kinds of e-learning based educational software were not used. But their availability and accessibility in Bangladesh were visible before from Covid-19 's emergence. Generally, the question will come to our mind for why are these kinds of educationally supported software not used in our conventional higher educational system? What does it indicate? However, the privileges of the advanced technologies we aren't searching for, accepting, and using, which is why we are lagging behind. We aren't advanced and progressive in our deeds and thoughts.
As we are not acquainted with these kinds of E-learning supportive application software, efficiency in these pieces of software is not possible for both teachers and students of the university level. To attain proficiency in this educationally supported software, both teachers and students of higher educational level in Bangladesh during the pandemic time , a long time had to take for that .It had been seen that teachers at university level had had no training in the case of using those kinds of educationally supported software before conducting online classes and exams, which is why the effectiveness of E-learning based higher education at that time was hindered. Even students' conditions were the same as teachers. Students did not know how to use these sorts of software. here teachers of almost all public and private universities were unaware of using these kinds of software in the case of their teaching methodology in the conventional educational system, let alone, students of university levels of both public and private universities at that time.
Backward mentality is the main barrier not to be acquainted with these sorts of educational software. We, students, are lagging behind on account of our reluctance to learn new things and to be acquainted with new technologies. What is happening all over the world, what kinds of wonders have been invented, we are unaware of, which is why backwardness clings to us. Before Covid 19, Google's giant technological company was giving versatile technological services in different platforms; technology based educational services are one of them. Google Classroom, Google Meet, Zoom, google docs,google slides, screen recorder app as an extension, and so on. Software was unknown to us before the rise of Covid-19, but in our country, these kinds of educational based technological services were accessible. Only our backward mentality and behind back thoughts do not support adopting those, which is why our progress becomes impeded. To keep pace with the progressive forces of the world, we have to be progressive and advanced, and we have to cope with new educational technologies, indeed.
Conclusion:
On the basis of the hindrances of adapting to E-Learning supportive software during Covid -19 from Bangladesh's perspective, my whole research has been conducted and there are many findings I have got that has been discussed throughout my research paper.
Limitations of my Research:
There are many limitations to my research.Firstly, I never covered up data collection through group discussion/taking interview/ Survey questionnaires, which is why data analysis and data discussion based on my research topic is incomplete. Furthermore, there is no citation I have done from any sources; that’s why many ideas have never been included on my research paper that is another limitation. If any researcher feels interested in conducting his/her research, he/she can choose this one because apathy or reluctance towards accepting newness/changes in the higher educational system is visible.

No sooner had my university life started than COVID-19 emerged. On account of it, not only Bangladesh but also the global educational system were at stake. At that time, being a blessing, the e-learning system was appeared.This online-based educational system was too expensive to continue in our country’s educational contexts. The learning system was too challenging to accept both for teachers and students on account of the deficiency of technology-related knowledge. Neither teachers nor students at all stages of our educational system were trained and skilled in the use of advanced educational technologies,and eventually, educational activities had been hindered from the very beginning of the time of Covid -19.Be that as it may,advanced educational technologies include Google Classroom Application; video communication services-based software: Google Meet,Google Hangout, Zoom; and excessive usage of MS applications, which are unknown to almost all teachers and students at all stages of our educational system. Besides,the unavailability and accessibility of the Internet were another problem that caused our educational backwardness at that time.
At first, how to set google classroom options for joining the online classes on-time clicking on the link created through google meet or google hangout or zoom,the usage of google classroom options during class times to continue on conversation,interaction,after all, class communicative competences; how to share power-point presentation slides using google classroom options,how to upload MS Application based versatile formatted files/materials/resources;how to upload video and audio formatted files on google classroom, how to upload assignments,how to download files from google classroom,how to take over the responsibility of the host during audio and video conference/meeting,all of these advanced technological knowledge acquisition was indispensable not only for teachers but also for students. In the e-learning educational system, the Google Classroom application tool’s inevitability goes without saying about how much it is needed for an online-based educational platform. For example,teachers upload lesson plans,course outlines, materials, and questions so that students can easily access all of those things given by teachers,whereas students download all of those things given by teachers and also upload their answer sheets before deadlines. In addition, a Google Meet or Zoom-created link is shared on Google Classroom, where teachers and students are joined in virtual classes.When I started my university journey, the Google Classroom tool was unknown to me. I did not know how to use it, how its options function, how to set up its options to join in the classes on time,how to download materials, how to download assignments, or how to share PowerPoint slides for presentations. On the whole, I had to face many technical complexities due to my lack of technological knowledge. But gradually,that deficiency was removed. I became accustomed to using Google Classroom-based options efficiently. So, Google Classroom plays a vital role in the e-learning system.
Secondly, Google Meet and Zoom play a vital role in the educational platform. Google Meet or Zoom-created link-based video meetings play a vital role in the classroom’s arrangement. Likewise, Google Classroom, Google Meet, and Zoom’s options were unfamiliar to the students and the teachers. To make links through Google Meet or Zoom for class arrangements,join classes, continue classes, and finish classes,after all, all of these technical complexities had to be faced by both teachers and students. Without the tools of Google Meet and Zoom, e-learning system-based educational activation was beyond our imagination. Also, there is a recording option for meetings in Google Meet or in Zoom.Both teachers and students had to face this technical difficulty from the very beginning of that pandemic.For instance,when I started using Zoom for the first time, comprehending its options and setting systems was beyond me,but it became easier for me step by step, and I got accustomed to using its options and setting systems. Hence, video communication service-based software is used for online platform-based educational purposes.
Thirdly, the usage of advanced levels of MS applications was unknown to not only teachers but also students of all stages, which is why many negative impacts had been reflected upon our education at that time. How to use MS Word,MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint and how to use their options effectively were unknown to both teachers and students, and so, e-learning system-based education was not suited to our educational contexts from the very beginning of the pandemic. As a university student, I had to be efficient in MS applications from time to time. All sorts of written assignments were done on either MS Word or Google Docs by me. For the multimedia presentation,presentation slides were made by me using the MS PowerPoint application. When I was dealing with the course named Public Relations in the 6th semester, I, along with my group members, were assigned to the group project. While dealing with the group project with my fellow group members, the responsibility of making budgets and budget-based charts was taken over by my fellow group members. Also, to make budgets and budget-based charts, I had to use MS Excel. Similarly, it can be done on Google Sheets. Therefore, MS applications are one of the other powerful tools for e-learning systems’ activation.
Last but not least, without these educational supportive tools, e-learning system activation was beyond our imagination. As a matter of fact, the importance of Google Classroom, Google Meet, Zoom, and MS applications in the global online-based educational platform is excessive and wide. In the primary stage, in the secondary stage, in the higher secondary stage, and in the higher educational stage,the broader usages of Google Classroom, Zoom, and MS Applications had played vital roles in activating the e-learning education system.
On the basis of my article, I have conducted literature review of my research.
