Our ‘s age is modern technology based. Modern science and technology have given us unlimited accessibility in the information and communication field; as a result, all things are at our hand.

The setting up of the innumerable computers, and building up incessant connection among the worldwide set up of those computers create a massive networking system that is known as Internet.Besides, it has made communication systems easier. Furthermore, all institutional sectors’ functions are entirely run on the basis of computer systems.

All web based companies (Google, Microsoft, Apple, Opera)are run on the connectivity of the Internet which is based on interconnectedness of innumerable computers.

Modern based technology has created employment at a large scale worldwide. Software developers, Engineers, web designers, database scientists, free lancers, graphic designers, programmers and so on from all countries are working in web based famous companies in lieu of high amounts. Indeed, modern and science based technology has made comprehensive employment, along with, our life easier and more modern than before. That will be acknowledged by us no doubt.

In the same way, one of the discriminations has been made up due to technological revolution. Every revolution in the world brings not only blessings but also discriminations.

On the chest of the world, several revolutions have taken place, and the last was in the nineteenth century that was an industrial revolution.

The  positive outcome of the industrial revolution was the world’s economic area’s expansion by means of trade and commerce. In contrast, the negative outcome of the industrial revolution was  capitalism based discrimination upon servitude.

Step by step, the advancement of science is going to the  onward, and pathway of achievements is going to the prolongation( Dynamite innovation by Alfred Nobel, Quantum theory by Albert Einstein, innovation of molecule Radium and Polonium by Merry Cori, Moon Exploration, DNA innovation, Electroweak unification theory by Abdus Salam, and so on) in the nineteenth century.

Though the Internet has taken a long time to be available for all, its arrival commenced in 1970. Since 1990 it began its commercial journey in developed countries and after many years developing countries and poor countries have had its access.

Whatever, Technology-based revolution has created discrimination that has been visible at the presence of Covid 19 especially in this country in case of students ,who don’t have Internet accessibility and personal PC, Smartphone due to their indigence; for this reason, they are being bereft of their education of which eventually  students’ future is to the rack and ruin.

Technology-based educational system “E-Learning” is a worldwide network system based educational platform. This system is too expensive to run on.

To keep up the activation of the educational activities, there is no other option as E-Learning. E-learning has become a blessing for the well-off students. Besides, the poor students are the deprived victims of the technological revolution during this pandemic time.
