Medical Sector

medical services sector are not new phenomena; they are rather conventional. Instead of providing quality medical care, almost every hospital in the country harasses patients in various ways, even though numerous deaths clearly reflect doctors’ negligence and their apathy toward patient care. Many highly qualified doctors are more interested in private practice, often neglecting their responsibilities in hospital-based services. In most cases, financial gain becomes their primary motivation.

Statistics and reports confirm that government-appointed doctors are often dissatisfied with their salaries, leading to minimal appearances in government hospitals. As a result, when serious cases are admitted, it is rare to have specialized doctors available on time. The absence of doctors, ward staff, and support personnel exacerbates problems in hospitals, leading to large-scale incidents, the consequences of which frequently appear in newspapers, online media, and television. Death records and statistics are alarming and precise, highlighting the severity of the situation.

Currently, proper medical service delivery by doctors is rarely observed. As long as government-appointed doctors fail to develop a humane sense of responsibility, the provision of effective patient care will remain uncertain. In addition to medical challenges, patients often face harassment from intermediaries who exploit the system. These individuals demand money under the pretense of prioritizing patients or facilitating early access to doctors. Such intermediaries further hinder the already disordered hospital management system.

While the country has a large number of highly qualified doctors, truly responsible and dedicated professionals are few. Even though specialized doctors are frequently invited to appear on TV programs, their actual time spent with patients is minimal. This raises serious questions about their honesty, dedication, and commitment to patient care. Doctors’ irresponsibility and negligence not only result in patient deaths but also cause significant harm due to incorrect treatment.

In conclusion, an effective and advanced medical management system can only be achieved if all levels of the medical sector— from senior doctors to support staff—are united, corruption-free, and guided by responsibility and sincerity. Without these measures, proper medical care remains impossible.
