 To minimize rape statistics, refined culture should be practised. From the emergence up to the collapse of the world, crime's signs had, have, and will have, and so, the solution must be found out by us. Before the world wasn't rich in technology, but it doesn't mean that crimes were invisible and rape statistics were less. But in the welfare of technology, everything is being possible to know how many women folks are being rapped. The real scenario is being known. And so, through proper research upon society, sociologists give emphasis upon the refined culture for reduction rape statistics. 


The first question is why the sociologists' prime vigilance towards the refined culture for the problem's solution?


The second question is how the refined culture influence human behaviourism?


The third question is how much western culture, custom, and its practice can be acceptable/applicable can be in our society?


The fourth question is how the coordination of the individual social ingredients between the two countries can be possible?


The last question is how many percentages of assurance can be given that no clash will be between the two countries' individual social and cultural elements?


 Refined culture plays a vital role to act upon human behaviour. Coarse culture soars up human's innate barbarism in mind of which reflection is upon women folks. Culture and recreation should run on in such a process that enables to laugh people, create positive thoughts. Nevertheless, coarse and obnoxious recreation can never bring about any positive aspects and messages; rather it stimulates how crimes are to be done and accomplished successfully, and so, this kind of sense arises in the immoral devil's mind, and finally commit crimes.


The human mind is frequently changeable from time to time, and, from circumstance to circumstance. The more human's mind will remain far away from negative impacts; the more human 's mind will be refined. But then, Freedom doesn't mean that one will do what one's own wishes. 


Misuse of practising freedom can never bring welfare for both men and women. Last but not the least, there is no alternative to the practice of the refined culture to make up a peaceful and secured society for both men and women.
