Technology based discrimination
How many kinds of discriminations exist in the world, it’s very difficult to determine/measure as a matter of fact not only in the case of human beings but also time's continuity stream and change. On the chest of the world, several revolutions have taken place and the last was in the nineteenth century that is an industrial revolution all over and then discrimination had appeared that was class distinction between upper and lower level. Step by step, the advancement of science commenced on going ahead. Several achievements in science had been possible ( Dynamite innovation by Alfred Nobel, Quantum theory by Albert Einstein, innovation of moke Radium and Polonium by Mery Cori, Moon Exploration, DNA innovation, Electroweak unification theory by Abdus Salam, and so on) in the nineteenth century and also, technology hint at human beings that another revolution is going to occur at the last of this century and it has been occurring on the increase. Though Internet has taken a long time to be available for all its arrival commenced in 1970. Since 1990 it began its commercial journey in developed countries and after many years developing countries and poor countries have had its access. Whatever, Technology-based revolution has created discrimination that has been visible at the presence of Covid 19 especially in this country in case of students who don’t have Internet accessibility and personal PC, Smartphone due to their indigence for that reason they are being bereft of this crucial basic need that leads to them to hind - limb. About more than four cores students' futures are now at stake in this critical situation. Technology-based study in every educational stage has created discrimination between the upper class and lower class students whereas that problem was imprecise twenty-five years. May be it is possible to ensure Internet access for students but difficult it will be to have access to smartphones for all students.
In the USA, China, France, educational institutions, and academic activities were begun but in the midst of some days, those countries were compelled to stop because of the expansion of infection of covid 19 among students. In the USA, almost one lakh students were infected, and opening educational institutions within two weeks, 25 students had met with death. And compelling to those countries stopped those in consideration of the furthest critical situation. In public universities, maintaining social distance and follow health codes will be impossible in this case, residential hostels and common rooms of public universities will stand against them that is why students of public universities will be infected at first no doubt. In this way, the infected rates increase, it will bring a long-term loss that will take a long time to cover.
