 The Way Iceland Captures Carbon Carbon capture project of Iceland: Iceland has recently launched one of the world's largest direct air capture capacities. The prime objective of this technology is to directly divert carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. Swiss company Climeworks and Icelandic carbon storage company Carbfix are playing a vital role in developing and managing this kind of technology.  গবেষণায় Sampling Strategy : Probability Sampling এর ক্যাটাগোরাইজেশন Sampling strategy মানে হলো গবেষণা বা সমীক্ষায় কোন জনগোষ্ঠী (population) থেকে কিভাবে এবং কাদেরকে নমুনা (sample) হিসেবে নেওয়া হবে তার পরিকল্পনা বা পদ্ধতি। গবেষণায় Sampling strategy গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একটি বিষয়। আপনার কোয়ানটিটেটিভ রিসার্চের জন্য ডাটা কালেকশন প্রয়োজন সেজন্য পপুলেশন এর থেকে আপনার টার্গেটেট গ্রুপ অব পিপল সিলেক্ট করে কিভাবে ডাটা কালেকশন করবেন তার প্রক্রিয়াকে Sampling strategy বলে। Sampling মূলত ২ ভাগে বিভক্ত: Probability এবং Non Probability। Probability Sampling এর ক্যাটাগোরাইজেশন Sampling Probability sampling বলতে বুঝায় যেখানে পপুলেশনের প্রতিটি সদস্যের নির্বাচিত হওয়ার একটি নির্দিষ্ট সম্ভাবনা থাকে। ধরুন একটি এলাকায় একশটি কৃষক পরিবার আছে। ময়মনসিংহ কৃষি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের একজন অধ্যাপক আমন ধানের উপর এক বছরের ফলন এর উপর গবেষণা করবেন। কিন্তু তাঁর প্রয়োজন ৫০ জন সেম্পল। সেক্ষেত্রে তিনি ১০০ জন থেকে ৫০ জন কৃষককে সেম্পল হিসেবে রেন্ডমলি বেছে নিলেন। এখানে প্রতিটি কৃষকের নির্বাচিত হবার সম্ভাবনা ছিল। কিন্তু এই ৫০ জনই তাঁর গবেষ...
