In Love with Nature, Silence, and the Infinite

I have fallen in love with this nature more deeply than I have fallen in love with myself. The more times I have seen myself in the mirror, the more I have looked at the sky in amazement— its blue infinity, the secret language of its stars, its enchanting arrangement of light and darkness. The mystery of this nature calls to me like an invisible formula hidden in the vibration of leaves, speaking silently in the waves of water. In the science of this nature, I seek the signature of the Creator; in the equations of mathematics, I see the breath of the universe; in the dance of molecules and atoms, I hear the rhythm of creation. The sadness of this nature humbles me; storms teach me humility. The joy of this nature brightens me; the dawn sun teaches me the language of hope. The silence of the night teaches me meditation; the sound of the rain teaches me the endless flow. I bow in love to the One who created this nature, for His creation is limitless, and I am only a speck within it. Ther...

"Impact Factor vs Indexing vs Journal Quality"

"Impact Factor vs Indexing vs Journal Quality" Low-indexed journal-based websites are recognized by search engines like Google, Bing, and Yahoo but do not appear at the top positions in search results because they have poor citations, low impact factor, and weak search engine optimization. International Journal of Humanities and Arts is indexed in Google Scholar and Crossref, which are low-indexed databases. Last year, I submitted two of my papers—they were accepted. In particular, to understand the nature of low-indexed databases, I submitted my work to them. Its impact factor is claimed to be 8.53, and it is indexed in Copernicus, Google Scholar, ResearchBib, ICMJE, CrossRef, Scinapse, RJIF, Academia, ResearchGate, and Scilit. Although the impact factor is categorized as high, its articles are not extensively cited. Even its articles are indexed in low-indexed databases like Copernicus, Google Scholar, ResearchBib, ICMJE, CrossRef, Scinapse, RJIF, Academia, ResearchGate, a...

Mixed Method Approach

Mixed Method Approach In the social sciences field research does not usually change society away. The social sciences research impact on making things in society often happens over a long time.. In a lot of cases people think that being really good at academics is more important than actually making a difference, in the social sciences. People and societies are always changing. Social problems are changing too. Researchers try to figure out what is happening. They use ideas and methods to understand these changes. As they do this what we know about the world changes a bit. The basics of science stay the same but they look different as time goes on. That is why we see the ideas in social science over and over. For example social science researchers do a lot of studies on womens agency and empowerment through feminism. There are hundreds of these studies. Most of them do not really say anything. They are just looking at ideas again. Social science is, like that. The same ideas ge...

Degrees, Personal Achievements and Subconscious Capitalist Monetization"

"Degrees, Personal Achievements and Subconscious Capitalist Monetization" Nowadays, many people are using their degrees and personal success only as a tool for their own self-satisfaction or self-branding. Whether they know it or not, in this process they are accepting the capitalist perspective as natural and fair. Degrees or success, which are basically the result of knowledge, skills, or hard work, have become a marketable commodity these days. Some use it to sell themselves as an authority, while others use it to gain views, followers, and financial benefits. But in this process, core knowledge and moral responsibility become marginalized. As a result, degrees and achievements become only a means of self-satisfaction. Individuals become holders of subconscious monetization. At the same time, they sustain the trends and rules of capitalism, because they are converting every view, like, subscription, or achievement into financial or social value. This creates a social and ...

Talent

Talent is not the last word; opportunity, place, consistency are the last words. A talented person cannot develop himself due to lack of opportunity. If a talented person is in the wrong place, it creates a big obstacle in his proof. A talented person falls out because he cannot maintain consistency. There are many talented people around us, but very few have developed. Talent is the most blessed reward given by the creator, but in its proper use, not only the individual, but also opportunity, place, consistency–these three independent variables are very important. In a society, the talent of an individual is a special product in the exchange of society, the demand for which is huge in the society but the supply is low. As a result, every organization has a strong addiction to talent. If the organizations can ensure a suitable environment for that talent, and if the guidance and consistency of talent are maintained, then the personal and institutional excellence of that talent is ...
